21st Century belongs to the “Era of Web Information” as Internet is the backbone for every aspect of life. Understanding the need and importance of Internet in the field of education our campus is supported by round the clock Wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi) of 20 Mbps and has strong backbone of 5 access point links throughout the campus. With this students, staff and visitors can access online information without any hassle of wires and plug-ins.

As B.S. City College, Bokaro believes in providing Education with Technology, this initiative is to primarily serve the students for their project work and preparing seminar presentations, get access to e-books, study materials, previous question papers, daily circulars, etc. by enabling Network (Intranet) or the Live Campus.

With this addition the college provides internet and intranet access to all students and staff for instructional purpose on par with colleges internationally. The class rooms are provided with wireless access points for the students to make use of internet and intranet.

Internet facility is available for all systems in the whole campus. The entire campus is optically networked between buildings and cable within the buildings for connectivity. In addition, Wi-Fi facility is provided in all the buildings.

In addition each building /department of importance like examination center, remote center for online workshops, placement cell, and library have dedicated bandwidth

Students are permitted to access the modern computer center from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. There are enough several high end computers and servers. All the departments are interconnected through LAN in Wi-Fi environment. High speed dedicated internet connectivity with 10 Mbps bandwidth is available in the campus for the usage of staff and students.

Connectivity for the academic, administrative and hostel blocks of the campus are fully wifi, with internet facilities on all the nodes.
